I sent my application online through my school's job listing website and got a call back two weeks later. Pretty straight forward phone interview, the hiring manager then asked me to come in for two interview at their office. Overall it was pretty relaxed

I applied, a recruiter called, we spoke, and he said he would refer to the hiring manager. I sent an email few days later, he said they decided to promote someone within their office.

Entrevista
It went well and it was a longer process with two interviews that delved deep into my life and my motivation and dedication to the position. The position was explained in detail and that it was a full time position.
