Multiple interviews with direct management team, and Sr. Management team. Plus multiple take home projects. Interviews were stressful, as they were disorganized, but also very detailed. Sr. management could not meet in person, instead opted for phone interviews, which made me nervous as it felt like I was not a strong enough candidate for their time, but ultimately it was just because they are so busy.

Management does not know how to interview and bring on the right people. They only try to hire to fill in seats. They are incompetent on the work and actually expect to hire someone when they do not know the work themselves just stating to figure it out. Really?
