Farmers Insurance has had a long standing Behavioral Based Interview process. They look for the candidate to know and apply the STAR technique on most all questions. The interview process is fairly standard for most large corporations.

You interview with a lot of people so be prepared and don't panic. You will do one phone interview first and then go for the live one. They will ask you a lot of questions but the questions are standard and they will read it from a set of questions that they have.
