Mostly behavior based questions which asked how you handled a situation. It was panel interview with the manager, another employee, and a person from a different department. The interview lasted about sixty minutes.

Tell me about a time when you worked with a difficult customer. This question was then followed - up by several other questions. Each questioner would take turns asking questions.

HR rep called five mins late. Asked typical questions. Then she asked my salary expectations. After that, she asked what my expectations would be for an adjuster role because she's not sure if I qualify for the supervisor role. Huh...why are you wasting my and your time? The range was 30k lower. It's been over two weeks and still haven't received the 'thanks but no thanks' email. I've located a new better position. I've heard bad things about the 'Farmers' way so now I get it.
