Submitted my resume online, about 3 days later I got an email to set up a phone interview. During the phone interview, the recruiter was very monotone with no enthusiasm at all. She went straight into talking about the job details then asked me some questions. She didn’t ask me for any details on my prior claims experience at all. She sounded rude and uninterested which threw me off and made me feel uncomfortable. Once she was done, I asked some questions about the job which she didn’t know the answer to. She then said she would submit my info to he hiring manager and they would call to set up an in person interview if selected.
