O processo levou 1 semana. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Farmers Insurance Group (Clarendon Hills, IL).
Entrevista
I had a “phone screen” with a recruiter where I was only asked when I would be able to come in, but I wish there was some sort of questioning since I’m not entry level and I have experience I could speak on. I also had no clear idea of what I was coming in for other than an interview with the district operations manager, but was never told about the daily expectations, or what the interview process is like.
Whenever anyone reached out they would also view my LinkedIn profile to give me a double notification which is a bit weird and overbearing.
I had to cancel my in person interview for personal reasons and was told it couldn’t be rescheduled because others were waiting, which is fine. The process seems so fast moving but not informative and going into what seems like the final interview there were no real salary or any other “behind the scenes” things discussed. I wasn’t planning on accepting an offer if it came, but when companies move that fast it’s usually a red flag which is why I wanted to leave this review.

Panel interview by other successful agents in the district as well as with previous recruiting manager. Not difficult at all. They’re more wanting to know your process and game plan you’ve already created going in.
