There were two interviewers, who were very friendly and attentive, they listened and provided feedback. and it was set up in a S.T.A.R. format where they also asked behavioral questions. they were direct and honest and made me feel comfortable during the interview process.

The fasted hiring process I’ve ever experienced. Glory to God!!!
I received an email from a recruiter within hours of applying.
I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter that was scheduled for 20 mins, but lasted about 13 mins.
1 week later, I had my final interview with two of the hiring manager.
I received a call that same day saying that I got the job.
All in all… the process took about 2 weeks from the time I applied, to the time I was hired. I cannot wait to become a part of the team, I am super excited!!
I am AMAZED with how fast everything worked out for me, and I give all the glory to
God!!!

Pergunta 1
The interview was in 3 sections.
1. Getting to know the managers, then introducing myself.
2. BBI (Behavior Based Interview questions) tell me about a time questions.. time management, a time when you negotiated, a disagreement with a supervisor, handled a difficult customer, when couldn’t you complete a project, what’s my strength, what’s a weakness etc…
3. Housekeeping (going over some of the things that the recruiter mentioned in the phone screening like… do you have a workspace, need time off, etc
After that, you can ask any questions you may have.
The interview was about 45 mins, but the ladies made the space welcoming and comforting.
