I got a call from a recruiter and then she asked me a couple questions and explained the job. She then told me she wanted me to do a in person interview, so I did one same week. In person interview is is a big group and they tell you more about the job and have a actual rep explain what they do. They have all the managers do introductions and then they break you out into a room with two managers who ask you 3-4 questions and then you can leave. Got called I got the job a couple days later. very easy interview process.
