I submitted my application online and then called the next day on it. They had me take an hour long assessment. After that she called the following day asking to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview she invited me to come in for a "Realistic job preview" that lasted 2 hours. There were 6 other applicants there. They gave us a look at the job and asked us some questions. It was almost like a group interview just more laid back. This was on Thursday and they told us they would give us a call the following Monday to let us know if we got the job or not, but I got a call the next day on Friday saying I got the job.

The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.

I completed an application online, a few days later I got an email to schedule a pre-screen call. After the pre-screen, i received an invitation to schedule a virtual interview. Before the interview they gave me tips on what kind of interview i would have. The interview was easy going. They discussed what the job entailed and some benefits with working with Farmers. This portion consisted of me and another candidate. After the job presentation we broke off into personal interviews with 2 supervisors. They asked me about 6/7 STAR style questions. I had my interview on a Thursday and received an offer the following Monday.

Entrevista
The process was very quick and fair....this sounds like it's going to be just what I've been looking for! I will be working from home and no more traffic. My first interview was over the phone, then with a bigger group that we just learned about the company and had any questions answered; finally I had a one on one interview with two associates that were wonderful.
