Lasted literally about 15 minutes. Wasn't asked anything at all related to being a manager, my experience or anything. Was told I was the first person out of 5 being interviewed. Was told about the role then asked my availability and how I would travel to work and that was the interview over. Absolute joke. I've done interviews before and that was not an interview. I've also been to several different assistant manager interviews and the farmfoods one wasn't even close in standards. To me it clearly seemed the interviewer knew who was getting the job before the interviews. My interview was clearly jst a formality that she had to go through due to fair hiring procedures. Absolute disgrace. Was a complete waste of my time and money getting to and from there.

Easy friendly atmosphere lasted 1/2 hr but time went by quickly. Didn’t ask about what I know about company. I researched it so was ready for answering this. Asked about what jobs I had in past and Spoke about them and what I did there
