First round of interviews was a group interview session unbeknownst to the applicants with a promise to hear back in a couple days. I followed up a week later and a few weeks after that was brought it for a second interview, this time a typical one on one. Once again I followed up and was brought in for a third interview, this time with a different person. The pattern continued and at the fourth interview with yet another different person I made the decision to walk away. They are casting a wide net and making promises they can't keep. They do not offer a 401k, no travel or mileage reimbursement and you won't get the position you apply for, they are putting out ads for many different positions just to get a wide variety of applicants. Not necessarily a bad thing but just be aware before you apply what you will succumb yourself to in order to get a position (most likely in sales) with this start up company.
