Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Farrells (Hong Kong).
Entrevista
Walk though your CV and Portfolio by your own, directors asking some stereotype questions, kind felt like they had no interest but to achieve a KPI of releasing hiring news in the down trend market rather than conduct real hiring.
Super arrogant and lack of professions.

They have no professional questions, sometimes they just interview people for fun.
Interviewed with 2 attorneys who were very nice to speak with. They shared what it was like to work at their firm and seemed to have good values and good work/life balance

Entrevista
The job description seemed to change a couple of times prior to the interview and at the actual interview had changed again. It had been advertised for the first time in December 2012 and my interview was in February. I was interviewed by 3 people, one of whom was really late and not very apologetic about holding things up.
They were quite snooty and ridiculously vague about what they were looking for. I got the impression that they really wanted to hire a young impressionable skivvy rather than a PA and had been interviewing people who were over-experienced for what they required. The interview took place in an office that felt like some kind of Wendy-House which was ridiculous too. It was my first interview in a while so I was nervous and having had others since I've realised how rude and unprofessional they were! At one point the latecomer looked at his watch and stood up to leave for a meeting so I put on my coat, thanked them for their time and left too.
