Initial video call with store manager which lasted around 15 minutes. Was invited to interview the same week 2 days after the initial screening call (which was slightly odd but they said the assistant manager was going away so I'm guessing they had to make a decision right before they'd leave at the end of the week, and I got the sense that if I declined the given date they wouldn't have given me a face to face interview). Spoke in depth for 30minutes about experience and about the company, quite formal questions and need to give answers with examples, be concise and knowledgable about colour perception and interiors in general as well as having a relevant background and career aspirations. Managers were very friendly and accommodating, was then shown around the back rooms and asked if I had any more questions. Was sent a rejection the following Monday.
