30 minute mensa test followed by 15 minutes of technical questions and 15 minutes of intangible questions such as asking about how you work in a group, salary, ability to relocate, etc.

The interview was great! I have applied through the website. Then, I have gotten an email form the H&R for an interview. She asked few questions about my degree and the company. She asked about the company? my work exper? my background? and two easy questions about SQL and OOP?
