I talked to FAST at my college career fair. This was followed by a phone interview a few days later. For the final stage, I was flown to the FAST HQ in Denver. This consisted of lunch with fellow interviewees and some employees. Then an HR rep took me on a tour, asked preliminary questions, then gave me an IQ test. The end of the IQ test consisted of simple pseudo-code coding problems. After this test, I was taken to a different room with a Project Manager. This portion included a behavioral question interview, then concluded with reviewing the coding questions from the test taken earlier. I then worked through those along with some logical problem-solving questions on a whiteboard. After that was complete I met back up with HR and the interview concluded.

It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.
