Two round interview, first was a get to know them style interview. Second round started with a 30 minute SAT style IQ test with so many broken elements that I couldn't complete about 10% of it, and a broken submit button prevented me from turning it in. Then I spoke with an ex-implementation consultant turned project manager and discussed the role and some of the expectations for it.

Q: Given three baskets labelled Apple, Orange, and Both, and then told the three are mislabeled, how would you determine the correct labels given only one pull?
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

Apply online then hr call then quick call with recuiter, then final round with behavioral, coding portion and logic questions. was pretty long of a call expect 1hr 30 min to 2 hours on call.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
