I met with them at my college's career fair during my software year. They scheduled me for a on-campus interview the next day that consisted of a written component (lots of pattern recognition/word puzzles), a short coding problem, and then a sit-down with an implementation consultant and a HR person. They decided to put my application on hold until I neared graduation, and this last summer they flew me up to Denver for an on-site interview. Sat in a room with an interviewer and went through several coding problems and logic puzzles. Got an email the next week with an offer!
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

Apply online then hr call then quick call with recuiter, then final round with behavioral, coding portion and logic questions. was pretty long of a call expect 1hr 30 min to 2 hours on call.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
