Applied online and received an email to set up a phone screen with a recruiter. During the phone screen I was asked basic behavioral questions and a few basic programming questions. After the phone screen I was invited to Denver to interview at the headquarters. On the day of interview I was administered an IQ test and given 30 minutes to complete it. After the test I sat down with a team lead and he went over the programming portion of the test with me. I was then asked behavioral questions and asked to complete brain teasers on the white board. The day after the interview I was notified that I had received the offer.
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
