The interview was a two part process. The first was a 30 question logic test that you are given 30 minutes to complete. It was challenging but it seemed like they just wanted to see your thought process. At the end of the exam there were two pseudo-code questions. They ask you to walk them through and explain how everything you wrote works, in a fair amount of technical detail. The second half of the interview is typical HR stuff--telling them about yourself, what you know about them, any questions, etc.

It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.
