Two rounds of interviews: Both Rounds: Standard temperamental questions: Name a time you overcame a problem, give an example of how you deal with conflict in a workplace, how does your resume apply to this position. First round: Explain topics like inheritance, Pass By Reference vs Pass by Value, and asked to explain how I would explain to a customer that they needed a bowl if they came to buy a bucket. Second: It begins with a standard conversation with the HR Rep. then you take an IQ test as a warm up. You are then put with a recruiter where you work through some riddles (I would recommend watching some of the TedED videos) and then some relatively basic psuedo-code.
