Phone interview first then first and second interview. Very thorough, knew my CV inside out, relaxed (held in coffee shop!) Interviewer (operations manager) very astute and business aware Some tough, challenging questions but enjoyable overall

I was approached for a job. They set up a day to interview me. I went in and it took place in the shop. Interview was probably 10-15 mins max. Very informal. My personal experience on working with watches was what got me the interview in the first place so they already had an idea of what i can do. You have to contact them constantly to get them to consider you.
