Met with the branch manager and talked about myself and my work experience. Then went to shadow a sales trainee like myself and learned about the company and what my job would look like.

General Interview with general questions. Want to see your commitment and motivation level. Usually there will be General Manager and Outside Sales Rep part of the interview process, but this is way to see if different personalities fit with the team.

I completed a Phone interview and once I received the ok from set up an in person interview. Applied online and then set up and in person interview. Overall typical interview process.

I was first interviewed by a store manager and then moved on to a district manager. The questions were your typical interview questions and extremely casual. Would not recommend wearing a suit.
