Good overall company for entry level sales. Interview only consisted of one 1:1 interview and a online skills test. The company looks for young energetic people who are willing to get themselves into any sales situation. Company invests alot of time and money into employees for training and sales meetings.
Interview was fine and wasn't too hard or intimidating. They didn't choose me after the interview which was fine, but they didn't give any reasoning, which was quite disappointing to be honest.
Very short two maybe three step process with a drug test, all very standard questions focused on potential sales experience and customer service background potential. This might be region depending but it was very straight forward and people were genuine during interview along with post hire
It was alright two step process. Asked questions of a list just answer honestly. Usually with the gm and then the DM. Overall pretty straight forward. .. .. . . . . .. . .
