Met district manager and local store manager at a college part-time job fair; applied online via a link they sent me by email; underwent three interviews: a preliminary phone interview with an HR rep, a face-to-face interview with the local store manager, and a second phone interview with the district manager.

A week or two after applying online, I was contacted for a phone interview with HR. About a week later, I was contacted by the General Manager of the store to interview the next day. After the second interview, I interviewed with the District Manager. I was offered the job the next day.
