30 minute interview. Resume Review. Direct questions involving background and experience. Applied online and heard back after two-three business days. It was a very fast process. I had one interview in person after scheduling over the phone. Everything was really simple.

Apply for the position online. Will get contacted by the store you applied to for an inverview. You will get interviewed by the store manager and the district manager. They take a long time to get back to you with a definitive answer.

Pretty straight forward with your basic questions. A lot of it was mainly to see if you knew any of the items being sold and how they were used. As long as you know your basic nuts and bolts and what is used for what for hardware things are pretty straight forward
