3 Interviews, 1st with the manager, 2nd with the district manager and finally a shadow day interview. The 1st interview was long, a 45min interview with various questions varying from general introduction and referrals to knowledge base and skill-based questions. The second interview was also thirty minutes long and spoke of more professional conduct.

It was by phone really nice and short , less than 5 minutes. The questions were about my time available, my previous experience, my IT skills and my location. The person on the phone sounds really nice and she answers me my questions as well
