Interview process was great, positive outlook on the company, great perspective as to the job description, huge potential of growth. The person interviewing me definitely represented Fastenal as a company very well. Fastenal seems to be a place great to start during college then continue to work hard and move up the ladder.

A week or two after applying online, I was contacted for a phone interview with HR. About a week later, I was contacted by the General Manager of the store to interview the next day. After the second interview, I interviewed with the District Manager. I was offered the job the next day.
