The interview process consisted of two interviews followed by a technical task. The first interview was with the People and Culture Manager - Lauren, who explained the process and gave lots of information about the company, leadership and team in general which was great.
The second interview was with the Lead Flutter Developer - Sebastian, who probed more into technical knowledge and experience.
Both interviews were really positive and gave me the impression Fastic would be a great employer to work for, both to enhance my skillset and be a part of a positive mission.
