I had a telephonic round, then called for F2F interview. My interview was taken by the HR and BD manager, Along with all the questions, I was asked to review their website and give my feedback in writing, which I did. I was told that I got the job and they asked me to join the next day, but I told them to roll out the offer and I can join the following Monday. Then next day I got a call and was told that the MD wants to speak to me as well. I had a skype call and I was not asked anything about Digital Marketing but he asked me only to show what I have done in SEO and then he asked me what was my education stream was in 12th. As I had done Science, he asked me to name instruments that I used in the Chemistry lab. I don't understand how these questions were relevant for my role. Then he asked me if I was willing to work in contact. I got it that they were unable to afford me, hence all this. Very disappointing interview process.
