Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Fat Beehive (Londres, Inglaterra).
Entrevista
The interview process was disorganized, with long wait times, confusing questions, and unprepared interviewers. Communication was poor throughout, and feedback was delayed or nonexistent. It felt rushed, unprofessional, and didn't give any real insight into the company's values or culture.

Why should we hire you when we clearly have more qualified candidates?
I am not sure when you interviewed for this role but the last time we did interviews for a web developer in London was in 2022. I am also not sure who you would have met but I cannot believe for one minute that our current Head of Tech would ask that question. It is also not logical (unless it was meant as a test question) - if they didn't think you were as good as the more qualified candidates they wouldn't have wasted time interviewing you.
But I am sorry that your experience wasn't more positive and wish you all the best at future interviews.

Entrevista
Had an initial phone interview with the chief of staff, followed by a virtual interview with 3 members of their team. I was asked to present a project from my portfolio that would be relevant to the role & company, go through the process from start to finish and pick one thing that I particularly enjoyed about it. After being asked further questions, I was asked if I had any questions for them. Seeing the disheartening reviews on Glassdoor from ex-employees, I thought I'd ask about those. One of the interviewees was quite defensive about the subject (I didn't even get to fully finish my enquiry before she responded...) and said a lot of things but nothing concretely. I thought the interview went really well up until that question was brought up. In the end, I got a rejection email after 2 weeks (which is a long time after the 2nd stage of recruitment in my opinion).
