Basic Interview questions. It was a design position, the interviewer asked me my previous experience and my skillset. Very corporate office environment. Didn't ask me to show my portfolio, just some basic interview questions like what are your strengths and weaknesses.
Faviana makes you feel very welcome to their company environment. The interview was with several people, and I met with my fellow colleagues and supervisor I would be working with.
