Both the restaurant industry and our delivery drivers’ preferences are going through a major shift, and Favor needs your help to ensure great service for our customers! On the restaurant side, new mom & pop restaurants keep entering the market and are extremely popular with Favor’s high-value customers. These restaurants are too small for either the restaurant or Favor to directly integrate, and none of them are using middleware like Toast. At the same time, our Runners have shown us that they don’t want to place orders directly with the merchant. It takes too much time and is prone to error as Runners juggle many tasks at once. Favor needs a way to source these menus and place these orders without putting more burden on either the restaurant or Runner experience. They’ve charged you with figuring out our plan of action to stand up a short-term solution, and our longer-term plan to thrive in the midst of these challenges.
