First is the the phone call, then background check, then orientation and work starts. Process is very straightforward and you can get started relatively quickly. Very easy process they really give just abiut anybody with internet access

Scheduled myself to attend a sort observation--walk through of facility with manager and other applicants to see first-hand how the job was performed;
Received official employment application via e-mail, filled out forms including background check, Taxes, etc.
Not many questions were asked considering the unskilled nature of this position. Everything you learn on the job is taught as you go.

Can you lift 25-75 pounds--team-lift 150 pounds, and can you abide by safety expectations and standards.
There was not an interview process for this job. I completed the application and waited about two or three days before I was given a conditional offer that expired in 72 hours.
Easy, wasnt much of a process to be honest they pretty much hire anyone. You have to pass the drug test. I went in and sat in an office and the lady went over the job description and then you do a drug test in a medical office up the street.
