I found the job posting in a newspaper. I was looking for a part time job that would be good exercise, so I called. They called me in for a "Sort Observation" where you would go in and see what the job was like. Then they sat us down in a conference room and asked if we still wanted the job. I was told "It's hard work for not a lot of money."
When you show up, be presentable. Wear a collared shirt and slacks. Many people that were in my group interview showed up looking like they just rolled out of bed. They were not asked to join the company.

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
