Got called for a face-to-face interview, sat down with 2 people: senior manager, and supply chain supervisor. went through 7 behavior questions (given a scenario, what would you do....... ie. customer service, handle pressure, conflict resolution, supervisory exp, etc).

Like all FedEx interviews they are behavioral questions except for the first question. They consisted of 11 questions where the HR person and the director trade off asking questions. As I found with most FedEx interviews the questions make it very hard to sell yourself. Lot of times having very little to do with the job you are applying for.
