Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 6 dias. Fui entrevistado pela FedEx (Houston, TX) em ago. de 2018
Entrevista
I applied on a Wednesday. Got a call back from a recruiter on Friday of the same week. Asked some basic pre-screening questions and then invited me to come in the following Tuesday for a facility tour/sort observation . It was early (4:30 am) so I slept in my car nearby. Wasn’t tryna miss this, lol. Answered a few questions (the same ones asked on the initial phone screen) and was sent off to do drug screen. I had to wait, though, because none of the clinics in town are open at 5 am. Now I’m just waiting back (1 week later). I’ll update if Glassdoor let’s me.

This is a physical position which may have you exposed to certain weather conditions on a daily basis—will you be able to work? (Something like that).
The interview process is was pretty easy.they bring you in for a walk through of the facility, then the hiring manager takes you to their office where they ask you to lift 30 lbs and send you off to take a drug test

Very easy interview process. Basic questions about previous positions and hours available to work. From there was put in the hiring process which is basically paperwork. After FEDEX completed background check was offered the job and accepted. Good hours, benefits and coworkers.
