Since I had worked at FedEx in the terminal before being a Delivery Driver my interview was very brief.
The primary thing to be a FedEx Delivery Driver is that a person has to have previous business driving experience.
After the interview the hiring process includes.
They have a person fill out their application at the local FedEx terminal. During office hours.
After that they have applicants take a drug test. If they pas that then they have applicants get a D.O.T card.
Then one of the supervisors gives applicants a driving test
Once all the paperwork goes through they hire the applicant.
