Had 3 interviews. Had to pass a written test to show proficiency in reading a map, following directions, and remembering details about packages. Had to pass drug screen, physical and criminal background check.

Was asked to give real life experience to difficult situations such as working in inclement weather or dealing with angry customers.
I was asked if I would work in any weather, be on time/have good attendance, and could lift up to 50 pounds on my own. Then I was asked 3 star format behavioral questions.
