Applied for the job through Indeed.com, had one panel interview with senior hub management. Interview is considered a B.A.R. interview, meaning they will expect you to answer questions in the following format: identify the behavior, the action taken and the result of the situation.

Questions are B.A.R. questions. They want prospective employees to assess the behavior of the situation, the action taken to resolve the situation and the result of the actions.
The interview process began when I applied online through the company's careers page, submitting my resume and a cover letter tailored to the position. A week later, I received an email from their HR coordinator, inviting me for an initial phone screening. The phone call was scheduled quickly, and during the screening, we discussed my background, the job responsibilities, and my career goals. It lasted about 30 minutes, and it was very conversational.
