Simple: they contact you, talk with a recruiter and then do a few SKILLS TESTS, PSYCH TESTS, AND BASIC MATH TESTS. You'll wait for the results. If you pass, youre in, if not, then NOT.
I was asked if I would work in any weather, be on time/have good attendance, and could lift up to 50 pounds on my own. Then I was asked 3 star format behavioral questions.
