It was a 3-step interview process, and they ask behavioural questions based on real personal experience. Then you have to pass the 4-week training with a high percentage in order to secure the job.

Te hacen una prueba por celular pero solo la puedes hacer una ves en todo el tiempo que estés ahi, no te dejan repetir la prueba así que esta difícil cambiarte a bilingue

i had to go through 2 exams and they involved mathematical questions on time zones. After my resume was reviewed they called me to see me in person. A brief interview had happened. But the process afte the internship was more scary
