Entrevista
1. Online questionnaire, fairly detailed on previous experience regarding project management and problem solving; requires actual examples for almost every questions
2. Pre-interview: process math questions like efficiency calculation, with and without calculator; and then Excel test with filters and pivot tables
3. Interview: there is a regular set of interview questions like "You are in situation XY, how do you solve this?", but some interviewers will throw curveballs
4. Spend 1 day at the actual workplace

I had an initial screening with HR and then moved on to had one interview with the hiring manager and another associate. Most of the questions were behavioral. As long as you have a few specific example scenarios on hand, you should be good for all the questions.
