Very straight forward, more of asking what I wanted shift wise rather than an interview. Basic questions like "can you lift 50+ lbs". No drug test at the one I worked at since it wasn't union.

Can you lift more than 50 lbs? Are you able to bend, crouch, kneel, and lift packages? Can you work in changing fast paced environments that may be impacted by the outside weather?
There was not an interview process for this job. I completed the application and waited about two or three days before I was given a conditional offer that expired in 72 hours.
Easy, wasnt much of a process to be honest they pretty much hire anyone. You have to pass the drug test. I went in and sat in an office and the lady went over the job description and then you do a drug test in a medical office up the street.
