Entrevista
Three interviews, one with the senior manager, one with HR and senior manager, one with the District Manager. The interviewing process is very relax. I had worked at FedEx for years so I knew what to expect and I knew the Senior Manager. FedEx normally hires from within for the Sort Manager position.
