I applied to this position for a freelance contract via recruitment agency that asked to make quite complex and time consuming test assignment. I spent a few days on it, shared access to this application to some FedEx team members, but had zero feedback from their side afterwards. My recruiter tried to ping them many times, but they either said they will come back with any feedback soon or just ignored it.
