Initial was by telephone, second was in person. Interview was in depth and lots of questions asked from both sides. It was then followed up by numerous emails. Lots of communication and updates.

First there was a telephone screening call asking very basic questions such as why I wanted to work at the company, how many years experience I had, what I thought my strong points were, what my greatest weakness is, and what my salary expectations are. During the actual interview, I answered mainly personality and behavioral questions and asked to cite examples for each question. There was a panel of two interviewers and it was relaxed and comfortable.
