The interview process requires that you first apply for a "sort observation." After the sort observation, if you are still interested in the position you are scheduled an interview. Jeans and work boots are fine for the interview. The best way to find out if your qualified for this position is to hire you and put you to work.

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.

No interview or drug test only background. They keep you updated throughout the process. Hr contacted me after two weeks due to weather. She described details about the position as well
