Fairly extensive to just gain information and an i.d. badge. They look into your criminal history and try to let you know ahead of time that this job can quite literally exhaust your body.

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
