Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela FedEx (Kennesaw, GA) em nov. de 2015
Entrevista
The interview process was fairly easy. After doing a short registration online, you select an available time and date to attend a sort observation. At the observation, they basically do a quick tour at the facility. Within the next 3 days, a HR manager will call and schedule an interview. You fill out an application online, attend the interview (which is very laid-back and easy), and wait for your background check to clear. It seems that they would hire pretty much anyone willing to work the shifts, especially during Holiday Season.

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
