All hiring must be conducted through the online application process on the FedEx website. The online application consists of a basic employment application and a personality test. After reviewing your application and if you are considered as a potential candidate for the position, you will be contacted for an interview. The interview will consist of your basic interview questions. They will ask you to tell them a little about yourself and what you consider to be your strengths and weaknesses. Also will ask you to provide information about past experiences at work of situations where you overcame obstacles and such. A lot of focus is directed towards teamwork ability. How well you are at working as part of a team, and how willing you are to step outside your designated role to help other coworkers. You will need to have the basic technical capacity to be very comfortable in using computers and have the ability to learn quickly and adapt to using new machines. You will not need to prior knowledge specific to these high output copy machines, they will teach you everything you need to know, but you must be able to grasp new concepts quickly. If the company decides to more forward with hiring process, you will need to complete a drug test and background check. It is either a pass or fail for the drug test but for the background check be sure to disclose all felonies on your application if you have any and they may possibly allow for you to explain or justify how your past conviction is not a reflection of your competence. Once you pass these two tests you are hired subject to your acceptance of the offer.
